We begin with a skin consultation and analysis, then move through cleanse, exfoliation, extractions if needed, mask, serums and a relaxing massage. You'll leave with a simple home routine and a plan for what's next.
2How often should I book a treatment?
Most skin thrives on a facial every four to six weeks, following your natural renewal cycle. Corrective concerns may start closer together, then settle into maintenance — we'll map it out together.
3Do you treat sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes — sensitive, reactive and breakout-prone skin are specialties here. Every formula is patch-minded and every step is adjusted to what your skin tells us in the moment.
4What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens — just give us 24 hours notice to move your appointment at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged half the service price.
5Can I buy the products you use?
Absolutely. Every formula in your facial is available in the atelier shop, and we'll show you exactly how to layer them at home.
